Scrip Advantage, once one of the largest school and non-profit fundraising organizations, filed for bankruptcy in 2006. Unfortunately, many organizations will be out of thousands of dollars as a result of this. If you are one of the organizations or schools that has been affected by this and you would like to make a claim, you must fill out this claim form (PDF format) once Scrip Advantage files for bankruptcy and send it to the court where the bankruptcy is filed.
