eScrip Fundraising Program

The eScrip fundraising program is another easy and effortless fundraising program that can benefit your school. Once your school is signed up for the program and you designate your favorite grocery, shopping, debit or credit card, every time you use the card at one of the participating merchants in the eScrip program, your school will benefit. There is a very wide variety of merchants that participate in the eScrip fundraising program, such as Old Navy, Safeway, Circuit City and Macy's -- some of the merchants are traditional brick and mortar stores, but a great majority of the stores are available online. The percentage designated to your organization is different per merchant and can vary from 1% to 15% of your purchase!

In addition, eScrip has a coupon fundraising program where you can earn 5 cents for every coupon redeemed named Coupons for Kids. All you need to do is visit the eScrip Coupons for Kids website, select the coupons you want to use, print them and redeem them during your next shopping visit. It's that simple!

World's Finest Chocolate Fundraiser

If you have had any contact with school-aged children, chances are you have heard of the World's Finest Chocolate Fundraiser and may have even purchased some of their candy bars. I even sold some of these fundraising candy bars when I was a child (and at times had to spend some most of my allowance making up for the chocolate I ate)! The World's Finest Chocolate now has a lot more offerings than when I was selling chocolate; not only do they have the $1 chocolate bars, but now they have $2 premium chocolate bars in various flavors such as Continental® Almonds, Mint Meltaways®, Caramels Whirls®, Fund Raisin's® and Ravin' Raisins®. They also offer a variety of larger, advance-order products like Malted Milk Balls, Chocolate Covered Pecans, Spring Imperial® Almonds, Chocolate Covered Pretzels, White Chocolate Almond Bark, White Chocolate Peppermint Bark, and Bar Bites. You can view their best sellers here.

With a widely recognized brand and quality product, the World's Finest Chocolate fundraising program is a wonderful way to raise funding for your school.

Farm Fresh School Fundraiser

If you live in the Hampton Roads or Tidewater, Virginia area, you don't want to miss out on the The Farm Fresh ABC’s Fundraiser Program to earn money for your school or church. All you have to do is just shop for groceries like you would normally do at any neighborhood Farm Fresh Supermarket, and at the bottom of your cash register receipt, there will be a separate tear off portion that you turn in to your school or church that shows how much money was spent. A portion of the amount spent will in turn be given to your school. This is especially lucrative during the months of September and January, as during these months, every receipt is worth DOUBLE the amount spent!

Again, this is very effortless, as you will automatically get a receipt generated to turn in when you check out -- there's nothing to sign up for or designate.

One more thing -- during this time of year, Farm Fresh has pre-packaged bags of groceries at the front of the store near the check-out stations that can be purchased to give to the local food banks for less fortunate people. Some bags can be purchased for as little as $5; when you're in the store and about to check out, consider picking up one of these bags. It's a win-win situation, as it contributes to your ABCs for education receipt to turn into the school, and also provides a family with the items they need.

If you want more money-saving coupons to make your dollars stretch farther, then sign up for the CoolSavings program. With Coolsavings, you get free grocery coupons that you can print right from your computer to redeem at your local grocery store.
